About Me

My name is Daniela, but everybody just calls me Dani. I have a strong passion for sustainability and the environment. And I believe in the power of education and communications. I think we can do great things when use communications and marketing in a good way

My parents have always love to travel around my country, so since a very young age I got used to travel around a lot. One of my favorite things of travelling is that I get to see the different realities of people. In Peru, specially, I was able to see the different lifestyles and disadvantages that people from my same country had. Seeing this made me want to work on the development field so I decided to study International Development to prepare myself and to be able to create some lasting change.

I am currently on my last year of International Development at York University. I am really excited to finish my career because I cannot wait to see what new opportunities to work on the development field may arise. A couple of days ago I finished an internship in London iin an organization called Planet Positive that helps companies reduce their ecological footprint.
